Influencer Campaign Executive
We are looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive who operates comfortably in platform, marketplace, or ops-heavy environments and thinks beyond manual execution. This role is focused on campaign operations, performance tracking, and scalable execution, not relationship-led influencer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns within a productized, system-driven workflow, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs and platform logic.
Execute campaigns using tools, dashboards, trackers, and structured processes, not ad-hoc methods.
Work closely with internal product, data, and operations teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly within the MoonTech platform.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using defined metrics, dashboards, and performance benchmarks.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights, efficiency, and repeatability rather than one-off execution.
Maintain accurate campaign data across internal systems, trackers, and databases.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with predefined operational standards.
Support continuous improvement of campaign workflows, documentation, and execution playbooks.
Stay informed on platform updates, tooling improvements, and emerging trends that impact scalable influencer operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field.
Experience working in product, platform, marketplace, SaaS, or operations-heavy environments.
Strong comfort with tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, workflows, and structured systems.
A mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and performance, not manual coordination.
Data-aware and comfortable discussing KPIs, performance metrics, and optimization logic.
Ability to execute within defined processes and contribute to improving them over time.
Experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
