About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Digital Account Manager to lead client success across innovative influencer marketing and digital campaigns. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between clients, creators, and internal teams — ensuring every campaign delivers exceptional results and meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with clients across multiple digital campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and strategic direction
Understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign strategies
Coordinate with internal teams including creative, influencer marketing, content, and analytics
Monitor campaign performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Prepare reports, insights, and presentations with clear performance recommendations
Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and long-term partnerships
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, influencer strategies, and platform updates
Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Required Skills
Experience in account management, digital marketing, or client servicing
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital campaign management
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
Proficiency in productivity and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with paid media and performance marketing
