About the Role:

Can you translate influencer campaign briefs into scroll-stopping visuals? Do brand systems, typography, and layout feel instinctive and do you reach for AI tools the way others reach for a pencil? At MoonTech, design is strategic. You’ll own the visual language of a fast-moving creator marketing platform, from campaign assets to client-facing presentations. Every pixel you ship shapes how brands, influencers, and audiences experience MoonTech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social posts, banners, and static campaign visuals for influencer activations

• Creator-ready visual templates adaptable within brand guidelines

• Client and stakeholder presentations that translate campaign performance into compelling visuals

• Brand identity assets: illustrations, icons, and graphic systems

• Internal branded materials: Slack visuals, templates, comms assets

• Platform-native digital assets optimized for social channels

• Collaborate daily with the Digital Marketing team to concept, design, test, and optimize high-converting advertising creatives.

• Produce optimized visual assets for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

• Balance creative innovation with strict adherence to established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing campaigns.

• Design creatives with performance marketing objectives in mind, continuously iterating based on campaign insights and data.

What You Bring:

• 4–6 years of relevant design experience

• Proficiency in AI-powered design tools, including Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma Motion, Higgsfield, or equivalent AI creative platforms.

• Figma for design systems, component libraries, and scalable templates

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Ability to translate complex data and campaign performance into visually compelling presentation materials for client and stakeholder use.

• Understanding of brand systems and visual consistency across touchpoints
