Creator Sourcing Executive
Summary of role:
The Creator Sourcing Executive supports and helps scale the influencer acquisition engine by managing a network of freelance prospectors who identify and onboard creators for brand campaigns. This role uses structured checklists, scorecards, and playbooks to ensure prospectors consistently deliver creators that meet brand standards for content quality, audience quality, and platform fit.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Prospector Team:
Recruit, onboard, and train freelance prospectors
Monitor daily performance against targets
Assign creator categories and performance targets
Ensure prospectors follow established guidelines and workflows
Identify and remove low-performing prospectors from the network
2. Maintain Lead Quality:
Review submitted creators to ensure they meet brand standards, content quality, audience quality, and platform fit before approval
3. Build & Improve Acquisition Processes:
Continuously refine sourcing methods, outreach messaging, creator validation steps, and overall conversion performance
4. Track Funnel Performance:
Monitor the full acquisition funnel: leads, signups, activations, approvals, and revenue generated
5. Category & Client Alignment:
Focus sourcing efforts on priority categories: Luxury Fashion, Beauty, Motherhood, and Fitness creators
6. Communication Quality Monitoring:
Review prospector conversations inside Front to ensure professional communication
Monitor follow-up cadence and identify opportunities to improve response rates
7. Prospector Social Account Verification:
Review prospector outreach accounts to confirm they are authentic, professional, and trustworthy
8. Tracking Links Management:
Assign unique tracking links to each prospector
Monitor results and measure conversion rates by prospector
Qualifications:
Experience managing distributed teams or freelance networks, ideally in sourcing, recruiting, or sales development is a plus.
Strong eye for content and creator quality — able to judge audience authenticity and platform fit quickly
Comfortable working with performance data and funnel metrics (leads → signups → activations → approvals → revenue)
Experience with tools such as Front (or similar communication/CRM platforms) is a plus
Process-oriented: able to spot inefficiencies in sourcing/outreach and fix them systematically
Clear, professional communicator, able to train and hold others accountable to a standard
