The Marketing & Communications Specialist owns MoonTech’s narrative and day-to-day communication execution. This role turns strategy into structured messaging, repeatable communication systems, and a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
You will ensure MoonTech is clearly understood by brands, investors, creators, and the broader market.
Key Responsibilities
Own and consolidate MoonTech’s messaging framework across brands, investors, and creators
Develop and maintain positioning statements, differentiators, and elevator pitches
Build and update FAQs and objection-handling frameworks
Create structured founder talking points (“what to say / what not to say”)
Ensure consistent narrative adoption across internal and external communications
Coordinate founder communication strategy (who speaks, when, and on which topics)
Prepare founders for investor meetings, events, media interviews, and fundraising conversations
Develop interview briefs with anticipated questions and structured responses
Coordinate media training providers where required
Build and manage a strategic content and communications calendar aligned with key seasons, events, and company milestones
Drive weekly communication execution across relevant channels
Ensure messaging remains simple and accessible for non-performance audiences
Oversee brand consistency across website copy, decks, social presence, and event materials
Develop clear creative briefs and manage timelines with designers, freelancers, and agencies
Ensure outputs align with positioning and reduce revision cycles
Conduct competitive and market research to track messaging trends and positioning gaps
Translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
Plan and execute event communication strategies (pre-event, during-event, post-event)
Coordinate booth messaging, collateral needs, and narrative amplification
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand, or product marketing
Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
Exceptional writing and editing skills in clear, simple English
Proven ability to simplify complex products into compelling messaging
Comfortable working directly with founders and handling confidential matters
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and creative production
Strong organizational and execution skills.
